2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items purchased during clearance sales or marked as “non-returnable.”

  • Customized or special-order cubes.

3. Return Process

  2. Our team will provide return instructions and shipping details.

  3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

6. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
